Timesheets show clock-ins, clock-outs, and breaks made through the Time Clock component. Managers can manually adjust entries when needed, and add new information to the system, based on their permission level.The system handles different pay types, overtime calculations, and break requirements based on location settings.Timesheets are most useful when filtered to match payroll review periods, which you can easily set using the date picker to select your preferred date range for analysis and export.

The interface provides a hierarchical view of time data: start with the main employee list showing total hours and active shifts, click through to view detailed timesheets for individual employees, then drill down to specific days to examine individual shifts and breaks.Managers have full control at every level to add, edit, remove and export the information shown.From any employee's timesheet, managers can expand daily entries to review clock-in times, break durations, and total hours worked for each shift.
Managers review timesheets by seeing all employees listed with their total hours for the selected period. If any changes are needed, managers are able to add missing data, fix timesheets, delete records and make changes.
