The Easyteam Time Clock provides a simple, intuitive way to clock in, clock out, and manage breaks across both mobile and desktop devices.The screen presents employees with a view of their current status and available actions. If they haven't started their day, they'll see a prominent clock-in button. Once clocked in, they can view their current shift duration and access break options.The interface adapts to show relevant actions based on the employee's current state. For instance, an employee on break will see options to end their break, while an actively working employee will see options to start a break or end their shift.
The Time Clock can be configured to enforce location-based rules, geo-fencing, and display only the relevant options to the user. Different locations may have different available breaks, different job positions allowed and other restrictions.
